Zach Jones

Zach’s coaching journey has spanned multiple age levels, including U18, U16, U14, U12, and U8, as well as Tier 1 programs, with a strong background in goaltending development and junior hockey consulting. His commitment to player advancement has helped numerous athletes successfully transition into Junior, Prep, and College Hockey. Under his leadership, his teams have won numerous tournaments, captured league championships, and consistently qualified for the Atlantic District playoffs. Most recently, he guided a 2011 program to national recognition, securing multiple AYHL Regular Season Championships and Playoff Titles. His expertise in player development has also helped athletes earn spots in prestigious events such as The Brick Invitational and the Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament.
Beyond youth hockey, Zach has also made an impact at the collegiate level, serving as Assistant Coach, Goaltending Coach, and Recruiting Director for the Temple Owls ACHA Division 1 team from 2017 to 2019. During his tenure, Temple’s goaltenders thrived, with his starting goalie earning 2nd Team All-ECHA honors in 2017 and 1st Team All-ECHA honors in 2018. Under Zach’s coaching, Temple led the ECHA in team save percentage (.908%) and secured a historic first-ever victory against the U.S. Naval Academy.
